1) 按住鍵盤 Ctrl，用滑鼠點選「說明(H)」選單，就會看到多出來的隱藏功能:

可以參考下面方法(關閉CFG, 重啟電腦)
It turned out that newest Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (year 2017) introduced some malware prevention software called "Control flow guard" (CFG) . Once it's turned off, Evernote gets fast again!
After computer reboot it should be much faster.
ever since FCU update, I've been experiencing general slowness and lagginess of Windows, even in trivial things, like maximizing/restoring Explorer window, as well as some extreme performance regressions in professional software, such as 3ds Max, DaVinci Resolve or Photoshop. And it seems I am not alone.
Recently, one of my friends, who is a programmer, found a fix to this issue, for which I am eternally grateful to him.
SO! I will try to basically translate what he said:
With FCU, Microsoft has introduced some new crap with which they try to blindly patch exploits in softwares. These blind patches significantly reduce performance of some functions, and they are enabled by default system-wide. It is a questionable decision, but since Windows is seeding ground for all kinds of viruses, flash, acrobat and browser exploits, it's to some degree understandable.

Alright, so with the explanation of the issue out of the way, here is how to fix it:
1, Hit start menu and type "Defender", it should bring up "Windows Defender settings" entry, so open it.
2, Once you are in Windows Defender Security Center, Click App & browser control button
3, Scroll all the way down, to Exploit protection, and click Exploit protection settings text
4, Once on Exploit protection page, set Control flow guard (CFG) to OFF.
5, It will prompt you to restart your PC
6, After the restart, enjoy your smooth Windows experience again
7, Curse Microsoft for the rest of your life and be very skeptical about new feature updates.

上個禮拜新筆電(Windows10)安裝完Evernote, ，打字速度非常順暢，完全沒有延遲問題產生，一個禮拜過後，在打字的時候會產生延遲約1秒，按下每個字無法即時反應Key in。
花了好幾個小時找到的解決辦法都不適用，最後試出這個選項有幫助。
找到此方法已解決 : Options > General > Enable Hardware acceleration
Evernote version : 6.25.1.9091 (English version)
PC system : Windows 10 Home
PC model : Asus ROG TUF Gaming 15" laptop

- Go into the ‘Disk Management’ Administrative Tool. You should see two disks. One Disk will be the NVMe card with the Operating System Installed on it, which is the C: drive The other Disk will be the REFIND USB Drive – it will say DUET in the Disk title.
- Click on the Duet disk. Then right click on it and select the drive letter option. As campdublanc stated in one of his messages, you can remove the drive letter. This disk – Duet – will then be hidden, so someone else will not see it from the Windows Explorer, and cannot therefore accidently access it and corrupt it. You can always go back and see it in ‘Disk Management’ if there is a need for that.
